In May of 2009 Lifepath Church (Diocese of the Northeast, in Rhode Island) moved to a new location with high visibility to the community. With this move, God gave the church a vision to help usher in a Christian culture in the New England area. Part of the way they are doing this is by hosting intimate concerts for the Christian community. It is well known that very few quality Christian artists come to New England to do shows. Lifepath Church is hoping to change that. They started in May with Centricity records recording artist Lanae Hale, and then followed up in June with recording artist and worship leader Emily Schiavi from Israel and New York. Both shows were amazing and a blessing. A few of the artists have also offered to help the Church the next day in their worship service.
If you live in the Northeast please come out and enjoy some amazing music and great fellowship. If you can’t make it or live too far, please pray that God keeps opening doors in this area, and that the concerts will be a catalyst for real “commUNITY”
