As of May 5, we have 473 registrations on hand, and 280 rooms per night reserved at the Wyndham. While registrations can be made up until the time of the convocation, room reservations must be made by the end of June to guarantee the convocation rate.
In addition to the plenary sessions each morning, there will be 2 workshop sessions each afternoon. There are nearly 20 workshops planned on a variety of topics. Descriptions of these workshops are being posted on the Convocation Website as they are submitted by the leaders.
Children and Youth Ministry will be available throughout the convocation. Details are also available on the Website.
We are in need of vendors/exhibitors. Any member of the Charismatic Episcopal Church who would like to sponsor an exhibit should contact Deacon Colin Morris at cmorris@sonshine.com. A registration form for vendors is included on the Website.
