MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Feb 5, 2008
The Cathedral of the King celebrated Shrove Tuesday with a traditional pancake supper. Archbishop Hines led the clergy in cooking 1000 pancakes and 40 kilos of bacon. They served some 500 people who shared in this feast and a hilarious program before the start of Lent.
